From Sketch to AI Shot

A Seedance 2.0 production test built to measure how much control is possible when an AI film begins with conventional pre-production. Before generation, AI25.Studio selected the location, cast the characters with locked references, chose the vehicles and drew a rough frame for every shot. Each drawing became the visual anchor for its prompt, with timing and action defined in advance. The final edit uses Seedance outputs directly and follows the planned boards with consistent characters, locations and screen direction.
