01 / DISCOVERY

Choose one workflow

Your team brings a live brief, existing tools and constraints. Together we identify the bottleneck and agree how a useful result will be judged.

Output: a scoped workflow and review criteria.

02 / DESIGN

Map the decisions

We define references, inputs, review gates and responsibility for each step. Your creative and technical owners check the proposed approach.

Output: a workflow map and tool plan.

03 / BUILD

Test on real work

We configure the agreed process and test it against the brief. Your team reviews outputs, failure cases and the practical limits of the tools.

Output: a tested pilot and recorded decisions.

04 / HANDOVER

Run it together

Your team operates the workflow with us, then repeats it using the documentation. We address gaps before handover.

Output: a playbook, templates and training.

05 / FOLLOW-UP

Review what changed

We revisit the workflow at the agreed follow-up point, checking adoption, output quality and changes in the tool stack.

Output: a review of results and next actions.

A workflow needs an owner after handover. We agree who maintains the documentation, reviews outputs and checks changes to the tools.

Questions, answered

Before the first workshop.

Do you train creative and marketing teams?

Yes. AI25 develops hands-on AI workshops for creative, marketing, content, design and production teams. The sessions are built around the work the team actually performs rather than generic tool demonstrations.

Do you only run workshops?

No. A workshop can be the starting point. AI25 can continue into workflow mapping, pilot development, custom production pipelines, automation, documentation, role-based enablement and ongoing advisory.

Can you work with the AI tools our company has already approved?

Yes, where those tools support the required workflow. Enterprise programmes should work within security, procurement and data constraints rather than creating unnecessary shadow IT. If needed, we can also help evaluate alternatives for a specific use case.

Can the programme be delivered on-site?

Yes. Enterprise sessions can be scoped for on-site, remote or hybrid delivery depending on location, team size and format.

Can our legal team review how the work is produced?

Yes. We prepare production records of the tools and steps used, to support your legal review.

How is the programme priced and contracted?

Workshops, audits and workflow builds are quoted against an agreed scope before work starts. Any change in scope is quoted in writing before work continues. The contract and invoice come from our Polish company, Antoni Shkraba Studio, in the EU.
