The best AI video model for a brand advert is the one that can meet the shot's acceptance criteria in the production route you can use. Our shortlist covers Seedance 2.5, Kling 4.0, Veo 3.1 and Runway Gen-4.5. Compare control over references, motion, required audio and revisions. Keep an exact product or logo in photography, CGI or compositing when generating it would put accuracy at risk.

In our Scanye KSeF-Pong film, Seedance 2.0 carried the high-energy action, while Kling 2.0 handled the slower, more composed beats.

A production shortlist, with a job for each test

This is a comparison of documented capabilities and proposed production tests, checked on 30 October 2026. It is not a scored benchmark or an exhaustive list of available models. The last two columns are AI25’s recommendations, not measured differences between vendors.

Model and scope

Documented starting point

A useful brand test

Reason to change the approach

Seedance 2.5

Reference-led generation and editing 1

Keep an approved look through a scene change

The change also alters a detail that must remain fixed

Kling 4.0

Multiple keyframes 2

Place a product reveal at a defined point in a movement

The reveal is attractive but the object changes shape

Veo 3.1, documented Google Cloud route

First/last-frame control and sound 3

Match an intended action to the edit and sound brief

The usable access route or output cannot meet the delivery plan

Runway Gen-4.5

Text-to-video and image-to-video 4

Animate an approved still while preserving its composition

The motion conflicts with the brand’s intended emphasis

For the vendor documentation behind each row, see Sources. A feature listed for one model does not prove that another lacks it. Check the exact application, model variant and account before committing a schedule; a feature announcement is not an access confirmation.

Compare the same shot, not unrelated demo reels

Use the same reference pack and intended action. Define the details that matter before looking at the results: the pack’s silhouette, a character’s appearance, the point at which the logo becomes visible, or the direction of a hand movement.

Then review the complete clip. A strong opening frame can hide a label change halfway through the move. Evaluate the clip inside the intended edit too: a shot that feels impressive alone may take attention away from the message.

Keep a short decision record with the model version, inputs, output and reason for accepting or rejecting it. A side-by-side example is useful evidence only when the conditions are recorded. We have not run a controlled generation test for this article.

The cheapest generation is not the production budget

A brand film also needs an approved idea, editorial decisions, sound, finishing and delivery. Assess the work needed to bring a candidate shot to approval. Do not compare a subscription price with a finished commercial estimate.

For a product demonstration, ask whether a real product plate or CGI asset will make later changes easier to control. For an environment or visual transition, a generated element may be a sensible candidate. Those are shot decisions; the whole film does not have to use one method.

Choose a production partner, then agree the test

AI25 combines AI video, live action, 3D, VFX and post-production for brands and agencies. A brief for Poland or another European market should state the language versions, approved claims, placements and person responsible for final acceptance. These requirements belong in the model-selection discussion from the start.

Send the intended film and reference assets through AI25’s production services. Ask for a proposed method and approval test for the difficult shots before agreeing the full production scope. Explore our commercial video production services.

Quick answers

Process, timelines, pricing & deliverables.

Which AI video model is the best overall in 2026?

This article does not establish an overall winner. Choose from the current models by the controls and delivery route needed for the shot, then review a representative test against the brief.

Can an AI model produce a finished commercial on its own?

Generating a clip does not establish that a complete commercial has met the script, product, sound, permissions and delivery requirements. Assign responsibility for those checks in the production scope.

Should a brand use the newest model for every shot?

No. A newer release still needs a suitable reference workflow, access route and review process. Keep an existing approach when it meets the requirements; test a replacement when it solves a specific problem.

How should an agency compare two model tests?

Use the same approved assets and intended action. Record versions and settings, compare the moving clips in context, and judge both against the same acceptance criteria. Label any published result with those conditions.
