What an AI production pipeline build is
An AI production pipeline build takes one real workflow and rebuilds it with AI inside your approved stack, together with your team, on a live brief, and hands it over working. Not a strategy deck: at the end there is a documented pipeline your people run without us, with a review gate that keeps quality accountable.

What you receive
A working pipeline in your stack, documented step by step; templates and reference systems configured; a defined review gate with owners; at least one real deliverable produced during the build; and two of your people able to run and extend the pipeline. Support window after handover is agreed in the estimate.

Cost and timeline
The build is 12,000 EUR per sprint, fixed, three to four weeks. Larger scopes run as sequential sprints, each with its own defined outcome. Audit fees are credited against the build when it follows within the agreed window.
