WARSAW · WORKING WORLDWIDE

About AI25.

Film craft.
New possibilities.

AI25.Studio is an AI video production studio based in Warsaw, Poland, working with brands, agencies and production companies in Poland, the EU and the US. We bring together creative direction, live action, generative AI, 3D, CGI, VFX and post-production for commercials, brand films, social campaigns, product visuals and original screen content.

A Warsaw studio with an international production outlook

AI25.Studio was founded in 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. The people behind the studio bring more than ten years of experience across commercial filmmaking, animation, 3D, visual effects and post-production. That experience belongs to the team; the studio itself is a newer company built around the combination of established production craft and generative tools. We work with brands, advertising agencies and production companies in Poland, across the European Union and in the United States.

For an international brief, the useful questions are practical: who approves the work, which language versions are needed, where the campaign will run and what the delivery deadline means for the production schedule. These details help shape a collaboration across locations. Being based in Warsaw provides a clear home for the studio while the work can be developed with clients and creative teams in other markets.

The people behind the production

Vlad Kruk, co-founder and managing director, leads partnerships and studio operations. Antoni Shkraba, co-founder and creative director, leads the creative direction across AI, film, 3D and VFX. Executive creative producer Anton Kolbasko connects creative ambition with production planning. The wider team brings together production, art direction, generative AI, 3D, camera craft, post-production and sound. Meet the people and their individual roles on our team page.

A project benefits when those disciplines speak to one another early. A director’s intended camera move may affect the 3D approach; a product detail may determine whether a shot should be filmed; an editorial decision can change what needs to be generated. We use that shared production perspective to discuss the idea and its practical requirements before committing to a particular method.

What does an AI video production studio do?

AI video production involves much more than generating a clip. A finished film needs a concept, a visual language, a sequence of shots, an edit and sound. At AI25, generative tools sit within that filmmaking process. References and visual development establish the direction; production explores shots and motion; editorial, compositing, colour and sound bring those elements together. The aim is a coherent film whose images support the idea.

AI can be useful for imagined environments, stylised worlds, visual exploration and scenes that call for a different production approach. Some shots still benefit from a camera shoot or a controlled 3D build. We consider those choices together when planning the work. Explore examples in our AI production portfolio and see the complete scope on the all services page.

Live action, hybrid production and commercial direction

Live action brings performance, physical detail and human interaction into a film. A hybrid production combines filmed material with elements made through AI, 3D or visual effects. The balance depends on the creative requirements of each shot. A campaign might need a real product and performer alongside an imagined environment, or a practical shoot supported by digital extensions and finishing.

Planning those combinations early helps connect the treatment, shoot and post-production. The studio’s live-action section introduces partner director Adrian Chudek and selected work. His directing portfolio is presented with its own attribution, alongside the AI25 production offering. The brief determines the people, craft and production methods required for a particular project.

3D, CGI and VFX for products and imagined worlds

3D production is useful when a project needs control over geometry, materials, lighting and camera movement. It can support product visualisation, animation, environments and sequences that would be difficult to film. CGI and visual effects can also extend photographed material, combine separate elements or help different sources of footage sit together in the final image.

Choosing between generative imagery and a 3D workflow is a creative and production decision. Product accuracy, repeatability, camera requirements and the intended deliverables all matter. A project may use both. Our 3D, CGI and VFX work shows another part of that production range.

Brand films, commercials and social campaigns

A brand film needs a clear idea and a recognisable visual direction. A commercial also needs to communicate within its allotted time. Social content brings its own requirements: a strong opening, readable framing on a phone and versions suited to each placement. Those considerations affect the concept and the shot list as much as the final export.

AI25’s services cover commercials, product launches, brand storytelling and social marketing content. A production can be planned around a hero film with related cuts, vertical versions and other campaign assets. The specific aspect ratios, durations, language versions and deliverables should be defined in the brief so that the production is designed for them from the beginning.

Character consistency, series and original IP

Films and series often need characters, products or environments to remain recognisable across shots. That calls for a shared visual reference and a deliberate review process. Faces, wardrobe, scale, materials, lighting and movement need to be assessed across the sequence, as well as within each individual image. Consistency is a production task that continues through the edit and finishing.

AI25 works on AI films, series and 3D worlds, including original IP. For a new project, the practical starting point is the story and the visual rules of its world. Reference development and early tests help establish what the chosen approach can support before a longer sequence is built.

Post-production and finishing

Editing gives a film its pace and structure. Compositing and VFX help the images work together. Colour establishes continuity and mood, while sound design, voice and the final mix shape how the story feels. These stages matter whether the source material was filmed, generated or rendered in 3D.

Our production offering includes post-production and finishing for studio projects and supplied footage. The scope depends on the condition of the source material, the creative requirements and the delivery specification. Share the available material and references when discussing an edit, colour, sound or visual-effects brief.

Production support for agencies and enterprise teams

Agencies can bring a campaign idea, a treatment or a client brief and work with AI25 on the production required to realise it. Clear responsibilities, review stages and delivery expectations help keep that collaboration focused. Visit production for agencies for the agency-specific offering.

Enterprise teams may have a different need: understanding where AI fits into an existing creative or production workflow. The Enterprise AI page covers the studio’s training and workflow offering. Discuss the team’s existing process, the type of work it produces and the practical questions it wants to answer, so that the engagement can be shaped around those requirements.

How to brief a film production

Start with what the film needs to communicate, who it is for and where it will be shown. Useful inputs include the idea, visual references, intended formats, launch date and an indicative budget range. If there are products, brand assets, footage or existing campaign materials, describe what is available. Include any essential casting, language or technical requirements.

AI25 can then discuss the creative approach, production scope, review rounds and timeline. The pricing page gives starting points; the estimate for a specific project depends on its agreed scope. To begin, share your project with our production team. You can also meet the team, read client feedback or explore production notes in the journal.

From the first reference to the final delivery

Production begins by defining the purpose of the film and the decisions needed to make it. Visual references help establish tone, composition and style. A treatment, storyboard or early test can make the direction tangible, depending on the project. The next stage develops the required shots through filming, generation, animation or a combination of methods. Editorial then tests how those images work as a sequence.

Review is most useful when feedback is tied to an agreed reference and a clear stage of production. Comments about story structure belong early enough to influence the edit; comments about final colour and sound belong in finishing. The estimate and production plan define the scope, review rounds and delivery requirements for that project. If the brief changes, its effect on the work can be discussed against those agreed requirements.

Deliverables designed for the campaign

A finished campaign may need more than one film. A hero cut can sit alongside shorter edits, vertical versions, product clips, still frames and language adaptations. These assets should be considered when the images are planned. A composition that works in a widescreen film may need a different framing for a vertical placement, while a short social cut may need a different opening from the longer story.

When requesting a production estimate, include the intended channels, aspect ratios, durations, languages and any platform or broadcaster specifications already available. Tell us whether the brief is a single film, a launch campaign or a continuing series of content. This helps the production team understand the full delivery rather than treating every later version as an unrelated task. For examples of how different disciplines come together, browse our production services and selected work.

Deliverables designed for the campaign

A finished campaign may need more than one film. A hero cut can sit alongside shorter edits, vertical versions, product clips, still frames and language adaptations. About AI25.
