A good AI commercial reads as one visual system, not a set of impressive generations. In Scanye KSeF-Pong, an agency concept about e-invoicing became a three-way table-tennis match on a triangular table, held together by a symmetrical yellow room, sharp geometry and a few memorable props. Key visuals came first; models were chosen per type of shot.

Scanye KSeF-Pong uses a shared concept, palette and set of props to hold its visual direction together. This breakdown follows the production choices described on the published case page.

The idea: an invoice moving between three players

The film was made for Scanye around Poland’s KSeF e-invoicing system. The creative concept came from PRO/PORCJA Agency: the entrepreneur, the bookkeeper and KSeF rally the ball like an invoice moving cleanly between three participants. AI production was by AI25.Studio. The spot runs 00:15 and was published in June 2026. Watch the film.

Shape: a triangular table

A triangular table is the visual argument. Three sides, three players, one ball. It is an object that would be difficult to build and stage physically, which is where AI production earns its place.

Space: symmetry and colour

A symmetrical yellow room and sharp geometry give every shot the same frame logic. When the space is that controlled, the eye goes to the players and the ball.

Props: keeping one visual system

A pink suit, giant lips and a buttered-bun finale add character without breaking the system. Each sits inside the same colour and geometry rules.

Tools: choosing a model for the shot

Key visuals were developed in Nano Banana Pro. Seedance 2.0 carried the high-energy action, while Kling 2.0 handled the slower, more composed beats. Compositing, edit and finishing joined them into one film. That is the same principle we describe in how AI25 chooses an AI model per shot.

What to take from it

  • start from the concept and a key visual, not from a model

  • design one visual system and keep every shot inside it

  • pick the tool per type of shot

  • judge the result as a film; see how to evaluate AI video quality
