What generative AI video production is
Generative AI video production is filmmaking where the camera is replaced by generation: concept, direction, reference sets, shot-by-shot generation and full post, run by a senior team with 10+ years in commercial production. We are an AI-native studio in Warsaw producing for brands and agencies in Poland, the EU and the US, on 15+ commercially licensed platforms.

What you receive
Finished film, not raw generations: the hero cut plus every vertical, cutdown and variant the media plan needs, all matching, all finished in one pipeline. Each delivery includes a production record documenting which tools ran on what material, on commercial licences, written for brand and legal review.

An AI creative test starts from 2,500 EUR and takes two to four weeks; full campaigns are quoted per brief as a fixed estimate, with scope, two revision rounds and timeline set in writing before production begins. First treatment within 48 hours of a brief.

How we produce with AI

Concept and treatment are approved first; characters, products and environments are locked as references; generation then runs against those references shot by shot, with a director deciding what holds and what is redone. Everything passes through the same post as live-action work: edit, grade, sound design, licensed music, masters checked before delivery.

AI wins when the brief needs a world that cannot be shot, volume a budget cannot afford, or a schedule a shoot cannot meet. It is the wrong tool when the film rests on a real performance or a product that must be exact to the millimetre: those briefs we shoot with our directing partner or build in 3D, and finish in the same pipeline. We say which before the estimate.

How long does an AI commercial take?
Four to six weeks from approved brief to master, depending on deliverable count. Concept and references take the first week; that is where most of the time saved against a shoot comes from.
Who owns the rights?
You do, under the terms agreed in the estimate. Every film is produced on licensed tools with a documented production record, and we sign the same usage terms a traditional production would.
Do you also shoot?
Yes. When the brief needs a real performance or a real product on camera, we shoot it and extend it with AI, 3D and VFX in the same pipeline.
What if the client wants changes?
Two revision rounds are defined before production begins. Anything beyond that is quoted separately before it is produced, never invoiced as a surprise.
Can it run on TV?
Yes. Every film is finished to broadcast specification, with loudness, colour and metadata checked before delivery. Several of the films above have aired in Poland.
